First of all, the GTC staff is still available for your questions via Email and Phone. We might need a bit longer to respond, but we are working every day. Please refrain from any personal visits and don't meet in the rooms of the GTC.

Since the first announcement of the suspension of study activities at Universities in Baden-Württemberg several updates followed. The situation is sometimes confusing, because decrees from the Minister in Stuttgart need to be interpreted and applied by our University and the Faculty of Medicine. Regulations and announcements of the Faculty of Medicine apply to GTC MSc students. University regulations and announcements apply to GTC doctoral students.

In summary, the current status for GTC MSc and PhD students, lecturers and supervisors (March 18th, 8 pm) is:

• All lectures and seminars are suspended until April 20th.
• Master Thesis projects are suspended until April 20th. The respective deadline of submission will be changed accordingly.
• Oral examinations of doctoral candidates are suspended until April 20th.
• Workshops and seminars for our doctoral students are suspended until April 20th.
• Online seminars, courses, workshops will be available. Please take into account that interactive, two-way communications might be affected by connection problems.
• Until further notice, we plan for a commencement of lectures and seminars on April 20th. We will re-schedule seminars and lectures to account for a delayed start of the summer term.
